- At least 2-3 year experience in related position managing F&B Department within branded hotels.
- Knowledgeable in Food & Beverage management, Strategy Planning & Implementation. Good Command of MICROS
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good command of English communication and computer literate Microsoft Office, Publisher etc.
- The selected person will perform his duties within the framework defined by GM or OM, the hotel?s Policies & Procedures and following the country?s laws and regulations in coordination with the F&B Manager/ OM/GM and the various Superior rank staff. He will ensure the smooth running of the F&B outlets and banqueting.
- Assumes all duties of the F&B Manager in his absence; performs any other duties that may be assigned.
